SIG Occupation meeting, 22nd - 24th november 2018, Haslev (DK)

Meeting Venue: MS Hospital Haslev, Ringstedvej 106 - 4690 Haslev (DK)

MS Hospital Haslev is situated in a small city with 11.800 citizens at the country side 60 km from Copenhagen.
While the public transportations is limited to Haslev the accommodation will be in Ringsted. Transportation from the hotel to MS Hospital will be provided. It is a drive for 20 minutes.
Ringsted is a cozy city with good access by train from the airport (approximately 1 hour). The hotel is located across from the largest outlet center in Denmark. Ringsted also offers small boutiques and lovely restaurants.

Hotel prices

Price per night single room: € 140
Prices are per room, per night, breakfast included. The night of the 23th of November is paid by the organization for RIMS-members. Any additional nights and other extras (mini bar, phone etc.) shall be settled by the participants directly to the reception of the hotel during the check out.
The rooms will be booked by the local organizers in agreement with the hotel. When registering, please mention whether you choose 1 or more nights and what type of room you prefer.

Transport

We would recommend the following transportation:
Flight: For your flight we suggest you to choose the airport: Copenhagen Airport
From the airport to the hotel: You can take the public train (www.dsb.dk or www.rejseplanen.dk) from the airport. From Ringsted Station it is a walk for 1,5 km, ca. 20 minutes. It is possible to get a taxi at Ringsted Station.

Welcome drink Thursday, 22 November at 7 pm.

We would like to invite you to a welcome drink at MS Hospital Haslev. A drink and snack will be offered by the organization. Transportation will be provided. In case of many participants the welcome drink can be located at the hotel.

Dinner Friday, 23 November at 7 pm

The location for dinner is not yet confirmed. For participants that are members of RIMS, dinner will be paid by the Organization. Dinner consists of a 2 plate menu, water and coffee. Other drinks are at the expense of the participants. Please indicate your preference for meat, fish or vegetarian on the registration form. For non-RIMS members dinner costs € XXXXX, other drinks excluded.
