Meeting Venue: MS Hospital Haslev, Ringstedvej 106 - 4690 Haslev (DK)

MS Hospital Haslev is situated in a small city with 11.800 citizens at the country side 60 km from Copenhagen.
While the public transportations is limited to Haslev the accommodation will be in Køge. Depending on the amount of participants, the transportation from the hotel to MS Hospital will be provided. It is a drive for 30 minutes.

Hotel prices

Price per night single room: € 94
Prices are per room, per night, breakfast included. The night of the 6^th of November is paid by the organization for RIMS-members. Any additional nights and other extras (mini bar, phone etc.) shall be settled by the participants directly to the reception of the hotel during the check out.
The rooms will be booked by the local organizers in agreement with the hotel.

We would recommend the following transportation:
Flight: For your flight we suggest you to choose the airport: Copenhagen Airport
From the airport to the hotel: You can take the public train (www.dsb.dk or www.rejseplanen.dk) from the airport. From Køge Station it is a walk for 1,5 km, ca. 20 minutes.

Dinner Thursday, 6^th December at 7 pm

For participants that are members of RIMS, dinner will be paid by the Organization. Dinner consists of a 2 plate menu, water and coffee. Other drinks are at the expense of the participants. Please indicate your preference for meat, fish or vegetarian on the registration form. For non-RIMS members dinner costs € 56, other drinks excluded.
